What is Mamma Mia?

Mamma Mia is a concept designed to teach Finns the basics of Italian cuisine, with simple recipes that they can replicate at home in total autonomy. I, Mattia Giorgio, will hold lessons on how to prepare classic Italian cuisine at your home where the family will be involved and spend some exciting Sunday hours all together. Giving a taste of how it was lived in my family almost every Sunday, before I came to live in wonderful Helsinki.

Who am i?

I'm an Italian guy passionate about Italian cuisine, with almost 10 years of waiter career that loves cook recipes of the Italian tradition. My goal is let the people able to prepare and understand the simple and tasteful Italian recipes and spend quality time with family as my mother taught me!
