I don't like vegetables

0.5 percent of the world's surface: In Italy, there are more than 7000 species of edible plants, a fantastic biodiversity. Over the years we have learned to work and perfect the agriculture in the fields where the expert hands of the farmers give us fruit and vegetables that end up on our tables every day, such as: the round Sicilian aubergines, the Piennolo tomato from Campania, grown in the slopes of Vesuvius, Apulian turnip greens and so on...
with this plant-based menù, I want to give importance to vegetables as they used to do in the past in Italy, where buying meat or fish was too expensive for ordinary people and so we created recipes that are still famous today on the tables of Italian families and that we are so proud of!

What the menù includes:

PRIMO:

UN VIAGGIO A "PRA"

Trofie pasta with authentic basil pesto homemade!

SECONDO:

PARMIGIANA ALLA SICILIANA

Sliced and fried thin eggplant with fresh tomato souce

parmesan cheese and basil.

DESSERT:

Tiramisù
